After you contact us, we schedule a meeting to review your goals, required features, timeline, and budget. I then create a structured plan broken into work modules and tasks so you know exactly what will be built. Once the quote is approved and the project is activated, you receive full access to your Client Dashboard to track progress in real time.

Every project receives a custom quote based on scope. Payments are securely handled inside your Client Dashboard. Most projects require an upfront start payment, with remaining payments tied to work-module milestones. No hidden fees — you always see exactly what you're paying for.

Before development begins, I’ll need your project requirements, brand assets (logo, colors, content), and details about any existing systems we’re improving or connecting with. If you don’t have everything ready, I’ll guide you step-by-step through gathering what’s needed.

Each module includes revision points where you can request adjustments before moving to the next stage. For major changes outside the agreed scope, I provide an updated quote so everything stays transparent and controlled.
